The first part of the design process is to gain a solid understanding of the background of the project. We’ll start with a discovery workshop and client survey learning about your business, your competitors, your future plans, and if it’s a new business or product and you’re happy to share it, to review your business plan. All these things mean when we start to define how we approach the design, that we have a real understanding of the background.


Only at the point where we understand what the design needs to achieve and how the design can achieve it do we start to draw up the visuals. Due to the work we’ve done in the previous phases, we’ll be creating designs that are absolutely focused on delivering to business and customer objectives. Dependent on your budget we’ll be working on one or two separate design styles and we’ll be confident we’ll blow you away.


Once initial designs are approved, we’ll take on board any requests for changes and develop the designs further, extending them to all areas of the project, whether that be a website, web application, mobile application. We’ll work in partnership with you raise the bar still further.


On final approval of designs, instructions will be added for any interactive elements and then handed over to the developers to enable build to start. They’ll have everything they need to assure that what they produce will match the designs created, and to deliver a fantastic build.

This ad auction determines the order of how the most relevant ads will be organized on the search results page. For example, if you are bidding $10 for the keyword “Auckland dentist” and your competitor is bidding $20 for the same keyword, your competitor’s ad wouldn’t necessarily be ranked above yours. Google takes into account several factors when determining the ad rank. If your Google AdWords campaigns generally have a higher click through rate than your competitor’s, then the probability of your ad being clicked is higher, and thus, your ad would be placed above the competitor’s. Similarly, Google takes into account your website and the page to which you’re directing the paid traffic (the landing page).
